Six steps from SWC Field registration to first payouts.

Step 1: Register on the SWC Field platform
- Create an account on the Strata Solas partner platform
- SWC Field — regulated platform for verification and subscription processing

Step 2: Complete verification
- U.S. investors: Accredited Investor verification (income/assets/CPA or attorney letter) — Rule 506(c)
- Non-U.S. investors: KYC verification (passport + proof of address) — Regulation S
- Upload FATCA/CRS Self-Certification

Step 3: Select series and amount
- Series A — 8% per annum, monthly payouts, open-ended (until redemption request)
- Series B — 10% per annum, payout at maturity, 12 months + auto-renewal
- Minimum investment — $500 USD

Step 4: Sign documents electronically
- Subscription Agreement
- Reg S Certification (for non-U.S.) or Accredited Investor Verification (for U.S. under Rule 506(c))
- Additional documents on request

Step 5: Transfer funds
- Bank wire (USD) — to the Strata Solas account at Mercury Bank
- USDT ERC-20 — to the fund's designated wallet
- Minimum $500 USD
- 6
Step 6: Receive confirmation and begin receiving payouts
- Secured Senior Note issuance and confirmation delivery
- Series A — monthly payouts; Series B — payout at maturity
- Quarterly reports and access to the investor portal
Participation restrictions: investors from sanctioned jurisdictions (Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria) are not accepted. Complete list is detailed in the Investor Eligibility Memorandum.
Enhanced Due Diligence applies to investors from certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to: Vietnam, Turkey, Tanzania, Mali, South Sudan, Haiti, Cambodia, Afghanistan, and other countries on the FATF grey list.
